ingredients

3/4 cup chopped celery
4 green onions and tops, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup red wine
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) reduced sodium kidney beans,
rinsed and drained
2 cups diced cooked turkey
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crumbled
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
Hot cooked rice

directions

  1. Saute celery, green onions and garlic in hot oil in large saucepan over medium heat 2 minutes. Stir in wine, beans, turkey, oregano, pepper and 1-1/2 cups water; cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes.
  2. Blend cornstarch and 1 Tbsp. water; stir into turkey mixture. Bring to boil; cook, stirring, 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in less sodium soy sauce; serve over rice.
