- Heat ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Use a spatula to break up beef into crumbles. Cook for 4 minutes. Add bell pepper, onion, smoked paprika, garlic and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes longer, stirring frequently.
- Stir in tomato sauce, mustard, soy sauce and beef stock. Bring to a boil and add macaroni. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until macaroni is just tender.
- Stir in milk and cheddar cheese. Cook 3 minutes longer until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot garnished with fresh parsley.
