- Cook the noodles per package instructions. Remove and set aside.
- Add oil to a pan, then add carrots, mushrooms and zucchini.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
- Add sauce and sriracha, mix to combine.
- Add noodles and mix the sauce until noodles are coated.
- Serve with green onion.
