- Stir together Takumi sauce and pineapple juice in a small bowl. Reserve ¼ cup for serving. Brush pineapple rings on both sides with teriyaki pineapple mixture, then brush pork chops on both sides liberally.
- Heat grill to medium heat and grease with cooking oil. Place pineapple rings on grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Grill pork chops alongside pineapple for 5-7 minutes on each side, brushing with remaining sauce after flipping, until they reach an internal temperature of 145ºF.
- Serve pineapple and pork chops hot, garnished with chopped cilantro.
