6 cups kale
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Ponzu

directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the kale with ponzu sauce and sesame oil, tossing to coat. Pour kale onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, checking halfway to see whether the baking sheet needs to be turned to ensure even roasting.
  3. Remove from oven and enjoy once cool. We also love putting this roasted kale on top of salads or even on top of noodle dishes.
