- Stir together ingredients for sauce in a small mixing bowl until flour is dissolved.
- Turn electronic pressure cooker to Sauté setting. Add sesame oil and heat for 1 minute. Add chicken and sauté for 8 minutes, stirring once.
- Press Cancel and add bell pepper, pineapple and white onion. Pour sauce evenly over ingredients. Secure lid and close vent valve. Press Manual setting for 10 minutes.
- When timer goes off, allow pressure to naturally release before opening vent valve and releasing remaining pressure. Remove lid and stir.
- Serve sweet and sour chicken hot alongside rice topped with sesame seeds and green onion.
