Red-Yellow-Green Beef Kabobs

ingredients

3 T. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 T. balsamic vinegar
1 T. lime juice
1 T. olive oil
1 teaspoon Kikkoman Sesame Oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 pound of beef sirloin steak (no bone), cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes
1 each of red, yellow and green bell peppers, seeded and cut into 1-1/2-inch squares

directions

Combine soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice, oils, garlic and pepper in a bowl. Add beef, stir to coat. Let sit at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Thread beef cubes and peppers onto skewers. Start with peppers, using one of each color and alternate with beef. Place filled skewers on hot grill and cook about 12 minutes, until meat is done, turning over once.

Per serving: 245 calories, 9g total fat, 93mg cholesterol, 301mg sodium, 7g carbohydrates, 2g dietary fiber, 33g protein.
