Remove the stems from the mushrooms. In one skillet add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the mushrooms, sauté over medium heat for 5-10 minutes until the mushrooms are slightly browned, yet still firm. Set the mushrooms aside to cool. In another skillet; place 1 tablespoon of olive oil, crumble the ground turkey and add onion, celery, and bell pepper. Sauté until the ground turkey is no longer pink. Add the Sweet Soy Glaze and stir to combine. Overstuff each mushroom with the turkey filling and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for approx. 20 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
