- Measure peanut butter into small bowl; gradually blend in vinegar. Stir in teriyaki baste & glaze, pepper sauce and ginger until mixture is well blended.
- Rinse chicken; pat dry with paper towels.
- Grill or broil chicken 5 to 7 inches from hot coals or heat source 30 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink near bone, turning pieces over every 5 minutes and brushing with glaze mixture during last 10 minutes of cooking time.
