ingredients

1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese
2 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons sesame seed, toasted
Assorted crackers

directions

  1. Place cream cheese in shallow dish. Pour soy sauce over cream cheese; let stand at room temperature about 2 hours, turning over occasionally.
  2. Remove cream cheese from soy sauce and "roll" in sesame seed.
  3. Cover carefully with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  4. Serve with crackers.
