For Vegetables
1 pound baby golden potatoes, halved
12 ounces green beans, ends trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon cracked black pepper

For Chicken
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
8 bone-in chicken thighs
1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
1 sprig fresh thyme, leaves only (plus extra for serving)

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Combine potatoes, green beans, olive oil, salt and pepper on a large sheet pan. Toss to coat.
  2. Combine sesame oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl. Stir well. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat with sesame mixture.
  3. Nestle chicken thighs and vegetables on sheet pan. Scatter lemon slices and fresh thyme over chicken and vegetables. Roast for 30-35 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and skin is lightly browned.
  4. Serve hot, topped with additional fresh thyme and a drizzle of drippings from the pan.
