- Combine all ingredients until well blended.
- Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour to blend flavors.
- Serve with crackers, chips and cut-up vegetables, such as carrots, cucumber, celery and bell pepper.
Variations:
- Soy-Jalapeno with Shrimp:Stir in 1 cup cooked bay shrimp (about 4 ounces), rinsed, well drained and chopped. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour to blend flavors.
- Soy-Jalapeno with Roasted Peppers:Stir in 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers, rinsed, drained and chopped. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour to blend flavors.
