Soy-Jalapeño Dip

ingredients

1 carton (8 oz.) dairy sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup finely chopped green onions
3 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 to 2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeño peppers

directions

  1. Combine all ingredients until well blended.
  2. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour to blend flavors.
  3. Serve with crackers, chips and cut-up vegetables, such as carrots, cucumber, celery and bell pepper.

Variations:

  • Soy-Jalapeno with Shrimp:Stir in 1 cup cooked bay shrimp (about 4 ounces), rinsed, well drained and chopped. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour to blend flavors.
  • Soy-Jalapeno with Roasted Peppers:Stir in 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers, rinsed, drained and chopped. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour to blend flavors.
