ingredients

1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Soy Sauce ​
½ tablespoon sweetener ​
1 teaspoon Kikkoman® Sesame Oil ​
½ tablespoon lemon juice ​
1 teaspoon black pepper ​
Handful of lo mein noodles 16oz. ​
1 tablespoon garlic, minced ​
½ sliced green onion

directions

  1. Mix soy sauce, sweetener, sesame oil, lemon juice, and black pepper in a bowl. 
  2. Quickly blanch noodles in hot water. 
  3. To hot wok, sauté garlic until aromatic add noodles and sauce. Sauté quickly. 
  4. Add green onion or protein of choice. Serve and enjoy! 

Optional* you can add any protein of choice by sautéing it with the garlic before adding noodles to the wok.
