- Mix soy sauce, sweetener, sesame oil, lemon juice, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Quickly blanch noodles in hot water.
- To hot wok, sauté garlic until aromatic add noodles and sauce. Sauté quickly.
- Add green onion or protein of choice. Serve and enjoy!
Optional* you can add any protein of choice by sautéing it with the garlic before adding noodles to the wok.
