- Brown beef and onion in large skillet over medium-high heat; remove.
- Add 3/4 cup water to same pan; bring to boil. Add green beans and salt. Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes, or until beans are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, blend cornstarch with 2 Tbsp. water.
- Return beef mixture to skillet. Stir in black bean sauce, chili oil and cornstarch mixture. Bring to boil; cook and stir until sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice.
