- Cook rice noodles in boiling water per package instructions.
- Season beef with salt and pepper.
- Add oil to pan on medium-high heat. Add beef. Cook for 1-2 minutes, remove from pan and set aside.
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
- In the same pan add shrimp. Cook for 1-2 each side, remove from pan and set aside.
- Add the Pad Thai sauce and the noodles to the pan, stir gently.
- Add bean sprouts, green onions, beef and shrimp into the pan. Stir gently.
- Transfer everything to a bowl and serve with a wedge of lime. Enjoy!
