- Start by scooping out 1 ripe avocado from its skin and place in a jar with gin. Let infuse overnight (about 8 hours) in the fridge, then strain using a fine mesh strainer, and then again using a coffee filter or cheesecloth.
- Remove skin from a cucumber and cut into small pieces. Add to a juicer (if you do not have a juicer, add the cucumber pieces and some fresh water to a blender, blend, and strain using a fine mesh strainer).
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain cocktail into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a drizzle of toasted sesame oil and a piece of fresh cucumber avocado roll.
