2 ounces Japanese whiskey​
½ ounces ginger juice​
2 teaspoons Kikkoman® Gluten-Free Orange Sauce​
¾ ounces fresh lemon juice
¾ ounces honey syrup (2 parts honey, 1 part hot water)
1 egg white​
Angostura bitters, for garnish

directions

  1. Start by adding the Japanese whiskey​, ginger juice, orange sauce​, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup​ and egg white to a cocktail shaker and dry shaking (without ice) vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  2. Add in 3 medium ice cubes and shake again until well chilled. 
  3. Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass. 
  4. Garnish with 3 drops of Angostura bitters. Take a cocktail pick and gently drag it through the center of the drops to create a “heart” effect.
