- Start by adding the Japanese whiskey, ginger juice, orange sauce, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker and dry shaking (without ice) vigorously for about 30 seconds.
- Add in 3 medium ice cubes and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with 3 drops of Angostura bitters. Take a cocktail pick and gently drag it through the center of the drops to create a “heart” effect.
