- Preheat oven to 425⁰F.
- Rinse chicken; pat dry with paper towels.
- Place chicken in a large bowl; pour in soy sauce and toss to coat all pieces well.
- Arrange chicken pieces, side by side, on a wire rack sprayed with cooking spray in foil-lined shallow baking pan.
- Bake 25 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over. Bake 20 to 25 minutes longer, or until chicken is no longer pink near bone.
- Transfer chicken to a clean large bowl. Add sweet chili sauce and toss until all pieces are evenly coated with sauce.
- Serve with additional sweet chili sauce, if desired.
