- Disjoint chicken wings; discard tips (or save for stock). Place chicken in bowl; sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper and toss to coat all sides.
- Spray large, shallow foil-lined baking pan with cooking spray; arrange wings in single layer in pan. Bake in 425°F. oven 25 minutes.
- Turn wings. Cook 25 minutes longer, or until wings are crispy and no longer pink near bone.
- Remove wings to large bowl. Add plum sauce and toss until all pieces are evenly coated with sauce.
