- Heat oven to 425ºF and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. Add flour, almond milk, and panko bread crumbs to 3 separate shallow bowls. Coat each piece of seitan in flour, then almond milk, then panko and set on the baking sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Stir together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a medium mixing bowl. Remove baking sheet from oven and brush each piece of seitan with sauce, reserving half of the sauce in bowl. Return to oven for 10 minutes longer. Toss wings in remaining sauce and serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onion.
