- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Dice your salmon into 1–inch cubes. Place in a bowl and pour the Takumi on top. Mix together. Place on a pan with foil and place in the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- While the salmon is baking, cook white rice per package instructions.
- Once salmon and rice are done, assemble your bowl with salmon, white rice, avocado, shredded carrots and cucumbers. Drizzle additional Takumi on top for extra flavor!
