- Marinate your chicken in a bag or container with the teriyaki sauce and some salt. Set aside to marinate for 20 minutes while you prepare the rest of your ingredients.
- Prepare your rice in the rice cooker and cook your egg in a pot (roughly 10 minutes for hard-boiled).
- Cut up your green onions into small slices.
- Once those are ready, you’ll get the chicken from the fridge and cook on the pan until it has a nice sear and is cooked through.
- Once the chicken is cooked through, set aside to rest. Add the mushrooms in the same pan to cook for a couple of minutes.
- Cut the chicken into strips and place all ingredients together in the bowl.
- Garnish with green onions and enjoy!
