Glazed Teriyaki Chicken Meatball Rice Bowl

Ingredients

8 ounces ground chicken
½ medium onion
1 egg
2 tablespoons cornstarch or potato starch
2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chicken powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons frying oil
¼ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original

For Serving:
Hot jasmine rice
Hot sauce

Directions

  1. Add your ground chicken, onion, egg and all seasonings into a food processor. ​Mix until combined.
  2. Using chicken mixture, form round balls with and set aside. ​
  3. Heat oil in a pan, pan fry the chicken meatballs until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Skewer meatballs and set aside. ​
  5. Pour Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi sauce into pan and warm, place meatball skewers into pan and glaze meatballs using a brush. ​
  6. Once glazed, serve with hot jasmine rice and enjoy!
