Teriyaki Ginger Baked Salmon

ingredients

1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Takumi Collection, Original Sauce
2 tablespoons finely diced garlic
3 tablespoons finely diced fresh ginger
3 to 4 pound salmon filet

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Blend hoisin sauce, Kikkoman Teriyaki Takumi Sauce, ginger and garlic in blender or food processor.
  3. Line large baking pan with foil, place salmon skin side down, pour 2/3 of blended sauce over salmon. Let set for 10 min.
  4. Place in middle of oven, bake for 20 min or until done to taste. Remove from pan and place on serving platter.
  5. Serve remainder of sauce on side.
