- Preheat gas grill to medium heat (350-400ºF). Stir together olive oil and teriyaki sauce. Brush pineapple slices with mixture.
- Place pineapple slices and jalapeño on grill and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
- Transfer to a cutting board and cool for 10 minutes.
- Finely chop pineapple and jalapeño, and add to a medium mixing bowl, including juices. Add chopped tomato, red onion, cilantro, cumin and salt. Stir well to combine. Serve with tortilla chips.
