ingredients

4 mahi mahi filets, thawed
½ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 
2 tablespoons honey  

For Serving
4 lime slices  

 

directions

  1. Place mahi mahi filets in a shallow dish. Stir together teriyaki, lime juice and honey until honey is incorporated. Reserve 1⁄4 cup of marinade for basting. Pour remaining marinade over mahi mahi. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. 
  2. Heat a cast iron grill pan or outdoor grill over medium heat and grease with cooking oil. Drain and discard marinade. Place mahi mahi on hot grill and grill for 3-4 minutes. Turn mahi mahi and brush with remaining sauce. Grill for 3-4 minutes longer.  
  3. Serve hot garnished with sliced lime.
