ingredients

1-1/2 pounds orange flesh yams or sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup Kikkoman Less Sodium Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Nonstick cooking spray
1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion top
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seed

directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine yams, less sodium teriyaki sauce and oil in large bowl, tossing well to evenly coat all pieces. Spread yams out in a single layer in large, shallow foil-lined baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.  Bake on center oven rack 30 to 40 minutes, or until yams are tender, stirring every 10 minutes.  Transfer yams to serving platter and sprinkle with green onion, cilantro and sesame seed. Serve immediately.
