- Cook rice according to package directions, about 20 minutes. Once rice is cooked, heat sesame oil over medium heat in a medium-sized skillet. Add bell pepper and carrot. Sauté for 5 minutes. Increase heat to medium-high and stir in rice. Continue to cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Gently stir in peas, cashews and Takumi sauce until thoroughly combined. Cook for 3 minutes longer. Turn heat off and stir in green onion and basil. Serve hot.
