ingredients

2.8 ounces canned tuna
½ garlic clove, minced
¼ onion, thinly sliced
3 shiitake mushrooms
5.6 ounces spaghetti
1 tablespoon olive oil
13.7 ounces ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
Pepper, to taste

directions

  1. Drain the tuna.
  2. Remove stem ends and quarter the shiitake mushrooms.
  3. Boil the spaghetti according to the directions on the package.
  4. Place the olive oil and garlic into a frypan and sauté over medium flame, when the mixture becomes fragrant, add in the onions and shiitake and continue to cook over strong flame.
  5. Add and mix in the cut tomatoes, allow to boil and then add tuna and spaghetti, sauté together adding soy sauce and black pepper to season to taste.
