- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. While noodles cook, heat olive oil and sesame oil over medium-low heat in a medium skillet. Once oil is hot (about 2 minutes), add green onion, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Simmer oil until fragrant, 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Drain noodles and toss in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce in a large bowl. Pour hot oil over noodles and toss with tongs to coat.
- Divide into bowls and serve with lime wedges.
