Kikkoman dehydrated soy sauces are made by spray-drying the sauce onto maltodextrin. In addition to spray-dried powders, we offer granulated soy sauces, which are instantly dispersible and water soluble, so they blend easily with other ingredients. They are also less susceptible to caking than dehydrated soy sauces and eliminate dusting during production.
