Gluten-Free Less Sodium Tamari

For gluten-free applications, this soy sauce is traditionally brewed, but without the inclusion of wheat as an ingredient. It has about 37% less sodium than our regular Soy Sauce. Our proprietary sodium-reduction process removes salt after brewing, resulting in a gluten-free soy sauce with strong flavor and complexity and no dilution.
