Grilled Prawns:

2 lbs Shrimp, peeled and deveined, U10 count

Cho Ganjang:

1/4 cup Kikkoman® Soy Sauce

1/4 cup Kikkoman Rice Vinegar

1/4 cup Rice Wine

1/4 cup Lemon Juice

Ssamjang:

1 cup Doenjang

1/2 cup Gochujang

1/4 cup Ume Plum Syrup

1/4 cup Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar Toasted Sesame Oil 

1/2 cup Leeks, chopped, and sauteed

1 tbsp Fresh Minced Garlic

1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Grilled Prawns:

  1. Build a charcoal fire in a grill or heat a gas grill. 
  2. Brush or drizzle the prawns with Cho Ganjang and grill for approximately 2 minutes. 

Cho Ganjang:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend for 60 seconds to combine.
  2. Transfer to a squeeze bottle or bowl.

Ssamjang:

  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir with a rubber spatula to combine. 

Finishing:

  1. Arrange grilled prawns on a plate and spoon Ssamjang on top of the shrimp. Sprinkle with chives to garnish.
