Cho Ganjang:
- Combine ingredients in a blender and blend for 60 seconds to combine.
- Transfer to a squeeze bottle or bowl.
Ssamjang:
- Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir with a rubber spatula to combine.Â
Finishing:
- Arrange grilled prawns on a plate and spoon Ssamjang on top of the shrimp. Sprinkle with chives to garnish.Â
