A fresh, globally inspired entrée salad featuring grilled swicy chicken, chilled rice noodles, crisp vegetables, and a sweet-savory gluten-free hoisin drizzle with bright herbs and sesame crunch.

Ingredients

• 6 pounds 4 ounces Chicken, grilled, strips, commodity, thawed
• 1 cup Kikkoman Gluten Free Hoisin Sauce
• ½ cup Kikkoman Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
• ¼ cup Juice, lime, fresh
• ¼ cup Oil, sesame
• 2 Tablespoons Garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon Pepper, red, flakes, crushed
• 7 pounds 14 ounces Noodles, brown rice
• 6 pounds 8 ounces Romaine, shredded
• 2 ounces Cilantro, chopped
• 8 ounces Onions, green, chopped
• 2 pounds 9 ounces Carrots, matchsticks
• 7 pounds 4 ounces Edamame, shelled, tempered

Directions

Mix hoisin, sweet Thai chili sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes and pour over chicken. Let marinade a minimum of 30 minutes.

    3. 2 oz Marinated Chicken Strips
    4. ¼ cup Matchstick Carrots
