2½ cups Kikkoman Thai Style Chili Sauce
⅔ cups Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
⅔ cup Water
1 teaspoon Ginger, ground
1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon Kikkoman non-GMO Toasted Sesame Oil
5 pounds Beef fajita style steak strips
Green onion, thinly sliced
Sesame seeds, toasted

directions

Whisk together the Kikkoman Thai Style Chili Sauce, Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce, water and ground ginger. When combined, whisk in the Kikkoman  Non-GMO Toasted Sesame Oil. 

Cook steak strips to an internal temperature of 165°F. Pour the sauce over the beef and stir until all beef strips are coated. Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.  Place in tortilla or Bao buns.  Can also be served over rice.
