One-Pot Soymilk Pasta

kikkoman products used:

ingredients

100 mL Kikkoman® Unsweetened Soymilk

200 mL Water

1/2 tsp Consommé (granules)

80 g Spaghetti

30 g Bacon

50 g Cabbage

TT Salt

TT Pepper

directions

  1. Cut the bacon into strips and cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Put water, consommé, and bacon in a frying pan and heat. When it starts to boil, add the spaghetti, cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until 1 minute before the indicated boiling time, stirring a few times during the process.
  3. Add the cabbage and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the soy milk, heat and season with salt and pepper
  5. Enjoy!
    1. By simmering the pasta in consommé soup, the pasta itself will have a strong flavor. Add soy milk at the end
