Thai Sweet Chili Chicken Ramen

3 lbs. Chicken, diced, cooked, frozen
8 and 1/4 oz. Carrots, raw, shredded
1 and 1/2 cup Peppers, sweet, green, raw, chopped
1 cup Kikkoman® Thai Style Chili Sauce
1 cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Glaze
2 tbsp. Vegetable oil, palm kernel
16 and 2/3 Noodle cakes, Woodles Whole Grain Ramen
1 and 1/4 cup Celery, raw
Directions
- Do not thaw chicken prior to cooking, best when cooked from a frozen state.
- Prepare the workstation by cleaning and sanitizing all areas.
- Pre-heat braising pan or kettle to 275 degrees.
- Cook Woodles Ramen Noodles in boiling water for 4 and 1/2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
- Add oil and diced vegetables and sauté until tender.
- Add diced chicken, Kikkoman® Thai Style Chili Sauce, and Kikkoman® Teriyaki Glaze, mix thoroughly and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes and divide Sweet Thai Chili Chicken mixture equally between 4″ Hotel pans.
- Divide ramen noodles equally between each pan of Sweet Thai Chili Chicken, mix well to combine all ingredients.
