ingredients

Spicy Black Bean Sauce:
2 cups Kikkkoman Black Bean Sauce
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons chili paste

Vegetables:
1 pound, 2 ounces red bell peppers, julienned
14 ounces mung bean sprouts
1 1/2 pounds firm tofu, cut into matchsticks
5 ounces carrots, julienned
24 large butter lettuce leaves

directions

To make Spicy Black Bean Sauce: In bowl, whisk together all ingredients until blended. (Yield: 4 cups)

For each serving, to order: Toss 3 tablespoons peppers, 3 tablespoons bean sprouts, 2 tablespoons tofu and 1 tablespoon carrots with 2 teaspoons Spicy Black Bean Sauce. Place vegetable mixture on 1 lettuce leaf and roll up loosely. Serve with 2 tablespoons Spicy Black Bean Sauce on side for dipping. </p
