ingredients

96 1-inch skinless chicken breast cubes
96 1-inch sirloin steak cubes
96 shelled, tail-on jumbo prawns
216 1-inch white onion squares
3 cups Kikkoman Sweet Soy Glaze

directions

Thread 4 pieces chicken and 3 pieces onion on each of 24 skewers, alternating them. Repeat with steak and prawns to make 24 of each kind of skewer. Grill 1 chicken, 1 steak and 1 prawn skewer per serving until cooked and grill marks form. Brush skewers with 2 tablespoons sweet soy glaze.
