STUFFING FOR STARTERS

Untitled-design-7

Morgan’s Teriyaki Stuffing Bites start the party with a Thanksgiving vibe by turning stuffing into a finger food starter! Morgan makes a classic stuffing mixture, elevated with a splash of Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce for sweet-savory umami, and bakes it in parchment-lined muffin tins. These make a great passed app, but if you want to serve them as a Friendsgiving side, Morgan won’t object!

Nicolle’s Crispy Baked Gournay Cheese is dredged in flour, egg, and Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs for the crispiest crust. Fresh from the oven, the melty cheese is drizzled with hot honey and rosemary and served with crackers, toasted baguette slices or breadsticks. It’s an easy “wow” appetizer you can make in minutes.

Holiday meals are all about the special side dishes—and this one looks as great as it tastes!

Jacqueline’s Teriyaki Glazed Butternut Squash is sliced and fanned Hasselback-style, and then finished with a mouthwatering Teriyaki-maple glaze made with Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce.

MMM-MUSHROOMS

Karen loves to serve decadent Stuffed Mushrooms as a side dish, and her flavor-packed recipe is a winner. She chops the stems, sautés them in butter with shallots and garlic, blends them with Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs, cream cheese, Parmesan, and bacon, then stuffs that mixture into the caps and bakes them until they’re the perfect mix of gooey, crispy, and golden brown.

THE MEATBALL MAIN

Not in the mood to roast a turkey? No worries.

Kyrie’s Cheese-Stuffed Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs make the main course easy and extra-tasty. She seasons ground turkey with Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original, adds Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs for a light, tender texture, and stuffs each meatball with melty mozzarella. She bakes the meatballs, drizzles them with more Takumi, and serves them with roasted broccoli and rice.

THE DAZZLING DESSERT

Sheila’s Caramel Apple Puff Pastry Bites are as easy as pie. In fact, they’re even easier! Puff pastry shells are her time-saving secret. And her flavor secret is Kikkoman® Soy Sauce. Just like the salt in salted caramel, a splash of Kikkoman works brilliantly with the beloved flavors of apple pie, adding just the right sweet-savory balance.
