- Peel and dice 8 apples.
- In a skillet, add all the ingredients except for the puff pastry.
- Stir and simmer on medium-low heat for 15 minutes.
- Cut both puff pastry doughs into 12 even squares.
- Place each square in cupcake pan.
- Fill centers with apple mixture.
- Bake each pan at 400°F for 15 minutes or until golden/crisp. Remove and serve warm!
