2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Less Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
⅓ cup popcorn kernels
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)

directions

  1. Microwave butter in a small bowl for 15-20 seconds. Stir in soy sauce and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil over medium heat in a medium pot. Cook popcorn according to package directions.
  3. Transfer popped corn to a large bowl and drizzle with soy-butter mixture. Gently toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy warm.
