ingredients

1 pound Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and sliced in half
2 teaspoons olive oil
3 tablespoons Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Garlic & Green Onion

For Spicy Aioli
½ cup mayonnaise
1-2 teaspoons Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice

directions

  1. Grease basket of air fryer with cooking oil spray. Combine Brussels sprouts and olive oil in a medium mixing bowl and stir to coat. Add Takumi sauce and stir once more to coat Brussels sprouts. Pour into basket of air fryer.
  2. Air fry at 370ºF for 8 minutes. Shake basket to flip Brussels sprouts and continue to air fry for 7-8 minutes longer until Brussels sprouts are crispy.
  3. While Brussels sprouts cook, stir together ingredients for spicy aioli in a small bowl. Serve Brussels sprouts hot, with spicy aioli for dipping.
