- Grease basket of air fryer with cooking oil spray. In a large shallow bowl, whisk together egg and water. Add chicken and stir well to coat. Add Kara-Áge mix to a separate shallow bowl.
- Coat each piece of chicken in Kara-Áge on all sides and place it in the air fryer basket leaving space in between for air to circulate.
- Air fry at 380ºF for 12 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165ºF.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
