1 large egg
1 tablespoon water
1 pound boneless chicken thigh, sliced into large pieces
1 (3 ounce) package Kikkoman® Kara-Áge 

For Serving
Lemon wedges 

directions

  1. Grease basket of air fryer with cooking oil spray. In a large shallow bowl, whisk together egg and water. Add chicken and stir well to coat. Add Kara-Áge mix to a separate shallow bowl.  
  2. Coat each piece of chicken in Kara-Áge on all sides and place it in the air fryer basket leaving space in between for air to circulate.  
  3. Air fry at 380ºF for 12 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165ºF.  
  4. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
