- Cook rice noodles according to package directions. While noodles cook, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Blot chicken with paper towel to remove excess moisture. Add chicken to hot oil and brown for 7-8 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Add pad Thai sauce to skillet and stir in cooked rice noodles. Cook for 1-2 minutes longer.
- Serve hot garnished with chopped peanuts, cilantro and lime wedges.
