ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
½ pound lump crab meat
2 tablespoons chives
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
1 pound medium jalapeños, halved lengthwise and deseeded
⅔ cup Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, chives, lemon zest, garlic and soy sauce. Use a fork to thoroughly mix until crab is fully incorporated into cream cheese.
  2. Spoon cream cheese mixture into jalapeños and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs and bake for 20 minutes or until Panko is golden. Cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.
