- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, chives, lemon zest, garlic and soy sauce. Use a fork to thoroughly mix until crab is fully incorporated into cream cheese.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture into jalapeños and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs and bake for 20 minutes or until Panko is golden. Cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.
