Boil the penne according to the directions on the package.
Drain the oil from the tuna, break into pieces.
Warm up olive oil in a pot and cook onion while being cautious not to burn.
- Mix in the tuna, pour in white wine and boil it down, removing the alcohol content.
- Pour the cream into mixture, when it begins to boil season with the light soy sauce, salt and pepper. Add boiled pasta and stir well. Place on a plate and dress with parsley.
