10.5 ounces penne pasta
1 can tuna
½ onion, finely chopped
1 cup fresh cream
½ cup white wine
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

For serving:
Parsley

directions

  1. Boil the penne according to the directions on the package.
  2. Drain the oil from the tuna, break into pieces.
  3. Warm up olive oil in a pot and cook onion while being cautious not to burn.
  4. Mix in the tuna, pour in white wine and boil it down, removing the alcohol content.
  5. Pour the cream into mixture, when it begins to boil season with the light soy sauce, salt and pepper. Add boiled pasta and stir well. Place on a plate and dress with parsley.
