- Lightly grease basket of air fryer with cooking spray. Beat egg in a shallow bowl and add panko, smoked paprika, garlic powder and salt to a second bowl. Stir to combine.
- Blot moisture form cod with paper towel and dip in egg allowing excess to run back into bowl. Coat in panko mixture and place in basket of air fryer.
- Air Fry at 390ºF for 9-10 minutes.
- While fish air fries, stir together ingredients for slaw in a small bowl.
- Then, stir together ingredients for sriracha tartar sauce in a separate small bowl.
- Spread slaw on bottom bun and place cod on top. Top with sriracha tartar sauce and place top bun on top. Enjoy right away.
