- Mix ginger, garlic, ponzu sauce, sugar, lemon juice together.Ā
- Add salmon and turn to coat, and marinade for 20 minutes.Ā
- Heat vegetable oil in a large frypan over medium-high heat. Remove salmon from marinade, reserving marinade.Ā
- Cook salmon with skin-side down for 2 minutes. Turn and cook for a further 2-5 minutes according to the thickness of your salmon filet. Set aside.Ā
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Add reserved marinade, bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.Ā
- Drizzle salmon with sauce and garnish with scallion.
