For Meatballs
1 pound ground lamb
½ cup Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
¼ cup finely chopped white onion
1 large egg
2 tablespoons olive oil

For Serving
1 cup tzatziki sauce (optional)

directions

  1. Combine ground lamb, panko, oregano, basil, cumin, dill, salt, pepper, garlic, mint, onion, and egg and mix thoroughly.
  2. Form mixture into 14-15 meatballs and place on a wax paper lined baking sheet.
  3. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a medium non-stick skillet for 2 minutes. Add 7-8 meatballs and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning meatballs regularly for even cooking. Repeat with remaining meatballs. Serve meatballs hot with tzatziki sauce for dipping.
