- Combine ground lamb, panko, oregano, basil, cumin, dill, salt, pepper, garlic, mint, onion, and egg and mix thoroughly.
- Form mixture into 14-15 meatballs and place on a wax paper lined baking sheet.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a medium non-stick skillet for 2 minutes. Add 7-8 meatballs and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning meatballs regularly for even cooking. Repeat with remaining meatballs. Serve meatballs hot with tzatziki sauce for dipping.
